Pedigree Properties, Inc. was founded in 2009. What began with an investment property purchase and a dream of retiring in real estate has expanded into various real estate platforms including single-family residential property management and large-scale land and multi-family development. Our latest portfolio expansion includes Pedigree Real Estate. We thrive on introducing buyers to the NWA community we call home and supporting sellers with one of the largest financial transactions of their lives.
Bill has lived in NW Arkansas for over twenty years. He spent more than thirty-five years leading corporate logistics and supply chain operations. He founded Pedigree Properties in 2009, graduated from Clark Long School of Real Estate in 2020 and was licensed as a Sales Agent in early 2021.
Willa was born in SW Missouri and has spent her adult life in NW Arkansas. She has a Bachelor’s degree in Organizational Management and spent more than twenty years in corporate Human Resources. She graduated from Clark Long School of Real Estate, obtained her sales agent license in 2019 and a broker license in 2021.
