Our Team

Pedigree Properties, Inc. was founded in 2009. What began with an investment property purchase and a dream of retiring in real estate has expanded into various real estate platforms including single-family residential property management and large-scale land and multi-family development. Our latest portfolio expansion includes Pedigree Real Estate. We thrive on introducing buyers to the NWA community we call home and supporting sellers with one of the largest financial transactions of their lives.

Bill has lived in Arkansas for over 20 years. His background includes over 35 years in business operations and the founding of Pedigree Properties in 2009, a thriving residential leasing company in NWA. He graduated from Clark Long School of Real Estate in 2020 and was licensed as a Sales Agent in early 2021.

Willa was born in SW Missouri and has spent her adult life in NW Arkansas. Her career included 20+ years in corporate Human Resources and more than 9 years of experience in real estate property management and sales. She graduated from Clark Long School of Real Estate and was licensed as a Sales Agent in 2019. She now owns and operates Pedigree Real Estate as Principal Broker.
